CBLD provides environmentally sustainable landscape design services to residential home owners. We take projects from conception to completion. We provide fully-detailed conceptual landscape designs. We facilitate the landscape installation process so that it results in a successful project that meets and/or exceeds the client’s expectations. We can either work with a previously assembled group of construction and design professionals, or we can also recommend a talented group of licensed professionals that we regularly work with that do quality work at a very competitive price. We also work with a cadre of talented artisans that help create one-of-kind outdoor spaces for our clients.

We have designed projects that included outdoor rooms, pools, spas, ponds, creeks, large trellises, patios and walkways. Our projects have also included the following ‘Green’ landscape elements: green roofs; furniture and pottery; modern and traditional rain water collection systems; weather-based low-water irrigation systems; warm natural-lit LED energy-saving lighting systems; recycled and reused hardscape/organic softscape materials; diverse, rare, and unique plant palettes that require little water; as well as organic raised-bed vegetable & container gardens.
